About delivery and shipping

Shipping method

  • The delivery address shall be within Japan. We do not offer international orders.
  • In the case of fresh products, we cannot accept shipments to some remote islands from the viewpoint of quality maintenance.
  • We use refrigerated shipping for shipping perishables to Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa prefectures, and for shipping some perishables.
  • In principle, delivery will be consigned to Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

Delivery time

  • Products will be shipped according to the delivery time indicated on the product page.
  • Since agricultural products are harvested and shipped in consideration of when they are ready to eat, we cannot accept requests for delivery date and time. In addition, it may be before or after the delivery time. (If you plan to be away for a long time, please let us know in advance.)
  • Agricultural products may be out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, unseasonable weather, and poor growth (refunds will be made).

Delivery to multiple locations

  • Multiple delivery addresses cannot be specified in one order. If you would like to specify multiple delivery addresses, please place a new order.
  • For large orders (when ordering 5 or more deliveries at the same time), please contact us from this inquiry . After entering the delivery address here, we will guide you to the payment page by e-mail.

  • Shipping charges are as follows (consumption tax included) for each delivery destination area and box size.
  • If the delivery is divided into multiple times, such as when ordering multiple items at once, the shipping fee will be charged for each time.
  • Refrigerated shipping is used for shipment of perishables to B district (Hokkaido/Kyushu region) and C district (Okinawa prefecture) during the summer season, but no additional charge is required.
  • Refrigerated flights are up to 120 sizes.

About returns and refunds

Handling of returns, etc.

  • If there is a significant defect in the product: Please contact us immediately after the product arrives (within 2 days including the date of arrival). After confirming the delivery status and storage condition, if it is considered that there is an initial defect with a defect on our side or an accident during delivery, we will promptly send a replacement product (in that case, there is no need to return it). If we are out of stock and cannot prepare a replacement, we will refund your money.
  • If the product is different from your order : Please contact us as soon as possible after the product arrives (within 2 days including the arrival date). After confirming the delivery status, we will promptly send a replacement item (in that case, there is no need to return it). If we are out of stock and cannot prepare a replacement, we will refund your money.
  • If it turns out that the product has not been shipped due to a mistake : We will promptly ship a replacement product. If we are out of stock and cannot prepare a replacement, we will refund your money.
  • Out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances : Agricultural products may be out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, unseasonable weather, and poor growth. If the product is out of stock, we will refund your money.
  • Returns and exchanges due to customer circumstances (e.g. taste, absence of delivery address, refusal to pick up) : Due to the nature of food that deteriorates in quality over time, we cannot accept returns (no refunds will be given).
  • Refund method for refunds : Customers who paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. If the refund cannot be made to a credit card, or if the customer uses a bank transfer or postal transfer, the refund will be made by transfer to the financial institution account specified by the customer.
  • Agricultural products are perishable and may be slightly damaged or lose weight depending on the delivery and storage conditions. We also sell some products that have scratches on the surface of the fruit, variations in the shape, shape and color of the leaves.
